Had the pleasure to work with Zane on a land deal in Freedom Idaho. Zane was recommended to me by a local family and is hands down the BEST realtor I've ever had! Just one quick initial phone call to talk about what we are looking for and I instantly had access to numerous properties that fit my desired criteria. Narrowed them down to a few worth obtaining further information on and Zane was prompt to gather all pertinent items and answer all questions. I was coming up from Arizona and Zane was able to accommodate my tight schedule by dedicating his day to show us around multiple properties, share his knowledge of the local area so we could make sure the community would be a good fit for us and us for the community, and even side tracked to an extra property that my mother wanted to see. He really did a great job in helping us decide if this was the right fit for the biggest investment of my life thus far. When it came time to put in an offer on the dream property we found, again, Zane worked fast and efficiently and we where able to close on a competitive property just a few weeks after seeing it.
If there was an option for more than 5 stars, Zane would have my vote and I know for certain you will be taken care of if you use him as your guide.
